Joshua Siegel is chef/owner of The Park restaurant in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles for the past seven years. Prior to that he ran Top Of The Line Restaurant Staffing for five years, a successful staffing agency based in San Francisco working with top restaurants like Jardiniere, Boulevard, and Delfina.
Joshua has been cooking in restaurants since 1991, starting as a prep cook and working his way up to chef. He is the majority partner in Monte 52, a sandwich shop in the Highland Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Jack van der Hidde, has been cooking in high-volume, high-quality restaurants in Copenhagen, New York and Los Angeles since 1998. He has also worked as private chef to a host of A-list celebrities, including Leonardo Di Caprio, Eddie Murphy and Will Ferrell. As Executive Chef he was in charge of Osteria La Buca in Los Angeles.
He is trained in Europe and holds a 4 year culinary degree from the acclaimed Hotel & Restaurant college of Copenhagen, Denmark.
