We represent all BOH staff.. From line cooks to executive chefs
We will pay you $10 for each good cook that we decide to add to our registry and $100 for each candidate successfully placed and paid. 1% of first years base salary for sous chef and executive chef placements.
We thoroughly evaluate all candidates on our registry and sort them into one of five categories based on a number of factors including work history, references, skill evaluation, and our own interview process. We determine the primary goals, interests, and motivations for each cook so we can match them to jobs that suit their needs.
Do you guarantee your placement?
All our line cook and chef placements are guaranteed for 30 days, 60 days for sous chef and 90 for executive chefs. If the cook/chef decides to leave or the client decides to terminate employment within 30/60/90 days, we will provide either a full refund or a replacement depending on the client’s wishes. After 30/60/90 of employment, the placement is non-refundable, nor will we be obligated to offer a replacement free of charge.
