Looking for a Chef de Cuisine for a growing restaurant group in Hermosa Beach. lots of potential to grow with the group. Also offering to help pay for relocation for the right candidate. Must be good at keeping labor and food cost low.
Salary: $65k + bonuses and insurance
Responsibilities will include:
– Controlling labor and food cost.
– Continue and training and mentoring the BOH staff.
– Minimum 2-3 years experience as an Exec Sous or CDC
– Basic computer skills (i.e. word, excel & web-based email)
– Knowledge of Latin cuisine a plus
– Ability to multitask
– Teamwork oriented
– Must be able to manage stress in a fast paced environment
– Conversational Spanish knowledge a plus
